Bowers Landing of Merrimack II, LLC, represented by partners Robert Folsom and APT Financial Services, Inc. and subsidiaries, brings more than 40 years of combined experience in the building construction and real estate development business. Folsom has been in the construction and real estate development business for more than 20 years and has developed more than 193 residential lots in Massachusetts, has commercial and residential holdings, and two real estate sales franchises. APT has been in the real estate development business for 28 years and has been involved in the development of multi-family housing and commercial space in Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. The majority of APT’s experience has been in the conversion of schools, factories, mills and office space into multi-family housing — 30 percent of which are historic conversions.

Since its inception in 1930, VMY Vitols Architects, Inc. has acquired a wide variety of experience and offers a full range of architectural and planning services.
